What is a good, cheap way to record audio?

My friends as well as you have not long ago started to furnish reduced drive-in theatre for fun as well as for school, as well as you have decent video modifying software. The greatest complaint you face is the horrible peculiarity of receptive to advice you get from the video camera’s microphone. Lip synching during the after time could be an option, nonetheless on-location audio recording would most appropriate fit the purposes.

Anyway, does any one know of the little simple (cheap) apparatus which can jot down audio as well as is means to be uploaded to the mechanism for editing?

Thanks

a good digital audio recorder with usb output will work . some have hands free operation as well, they start recording as soon as they hear you speak.and some can take an external mic as well

You need some sort of USB interface or for a laptop maybe that you can take with you. Also, a good mic for that application would be something with a hyper-cardioid pattern like a “shotgun mic”.

If you get a USB interface a lot of times they come with software to record with. Try the presonus stuff or something like that. The Pro Tools MBox stuff is great too. Also, M-Audio.

You should try liteRecorder. This records streaming radio or audio from any streaming videos like YouTube. I’ve tried several programs, and I think you should try at least 3-4 and pick the one you like.
